Please follow these easy steps to order your name badge:

Step 1:
    Enter the number of name badges you will be ordering in the Qty field.  Notice we offer volume discounts for name badges.

Step 2:
    Enter the Names and titles (if applicable) for the name badges.  If more than one name badge is being ordered, place a blank line between each name.

Step 3:
    In the special instructions field tell us how you would like your badge designed. What color background, what color text, etc..

Step 4:
    After all the information is entered, click the "Add to Cart" button.  Once you place your order you will receive an order receipt via email.  On this order receipt, there will be a "Send Artwork" button.  Click this button or send us your artwork to sales@jpcooke.com and include your order number.  It is very important you include your order number with your artwork so we can quickly complete your order.  You will receive a proof of your name badge(s) via email.
